Meet the Executive Team
Josh has been working in the compliance and risk management realm for almost 20 years in a variety of different capacities, from law enforcement and investigations to big-box retail to social services before transitioning his skills to the marijuana industry. Josh has significant industry experience in helping some of the largest companies in the industry design, develop, and build out their facilities, including cultivation centers, processing centers, and store-front facilities. Additionally, Josh has extensive experience designing company-wide standard operating procedures, establishing and managing compliance and risk management departments, and dealing with transportation and logistics.
Josh has written license applications for almost every state that allows for licensing and has worked with hundreds of business from start-ups to industry pioneers to get new and continued licensing.
Through his years of experience, knowledge of the industry, and working with regulatory agencies, Josh has developed an extensive audit program to ensure that all local, state, and federal rules and regulations are being adhered to at all times.
Josh has sat on numerous licensing boards and will continue to work with all regulatory agencies to ensure knowledge of all rules and regulations, as well as being a voice for the practicality of the industry.
Director of Operations
Stevie has been working with Cannabis for nearly 15 years, 9 within the Colorado cannabis industry, and has worked at high levels for on-premises cultivation, MIP, and retail facilities across the Front Range. Previous titles include Master Grower, Production Manager, Inventory Manager, Director of Inventory Control, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Executive Inventory Manager, among others. He has helped design, implement, and maintain complex internal and external systems for multi-million dollar businesses and is considered one of the premier systems and software engineers in the industry.
Outside of the cannabis industry, Stevie has extensive experience in sales (B2B, phone, and direct) and customer service. He provides Legacy 64 with "boots-on-the-ground" experience from nearly every facet of the cannabis industry, as well as a keen eye for innovation and robust processes to semi-automate and automate procedures within any closed or open systems.
Executive Vice President
Stacey brings almost 20 years of digital product development, operations management, marketing, and event planning to Legacy 64. Her extensive experience in both established corporate environments and start-up opportunities provides unique insight into the day-to-day operations of marijuana companies.
Stacey is a proven marketing and sales professional, with extensive training and management experience. Her background with large organizations such as Oracle and Media News Group has given the groundwork for managing the day-to-day operations of Legacy 64, and her experience with tech start-ups, membership organizations, and franchise companies allows her to adapt to the needs of the cannabis industry.
Stacey has planned corporate events from 20 to 104,000 attendees, been on development teams for large-scale digital and social media product launches, and managed sales teams average 1.2 million in monthly sales totals. This deep range of experience across multiple disciplines and varied industries allows Stacey to adapt quickly to the needs of our clients while running the behind-the-scenes for Legacy 64.
Director of Field Operations
Dani has been working within the Colorado cannabis industry for nearly 5 years and has worked at high levels for retail and administrative operations across the Denver Metro Area. Previous titles include General Manager, Administrative Manager, and Director of Retail Operations. She is a premier educator within the cannabis industry and provides Legacy 64 with cutting-edge retail processes and an easily relatable educational acumen. Dani prides herself on being able to easily explain, and personally relate, the necessities of compliance and robust retail practices and standards to people from all walks of life and all experience levels.
